  • Meet and greet speakers and chair persons at the registration desk area, register them quickly and efficiently chaperone to the ‘Speaker Preview Room.’ The ‘Speaker Preview Room’ team will look after speakers and chair persons throughout the duration of their stay – providing infinite technical and presentation enhancement assistance.


  • Provide the complete logistics service from the provision of directional signage through to the compilation of easily referenced pre and on site event agendas. Our team is connected through its on-site radio communication channels for perfect logistical synergy – delegates and guests will be ushered professionally around the venue.
