- Meet and greet delegates and guests at the flowered and branded registration desk area, register them quickly and efficiently and chaperone to the reception area for appropriate morning delights or evening aperitifs. We work with the hottest registration badging system incorporating your company and event branding, together with the provision of a pre registration option to ease arrival traffic flow.
- Meet and greet speakers and chair persons at the registration desk area, register them quickly and efficiently chaperone to the ‘Speaker Preview Room.’ The ‘Speaker Preview Room’ team will look after speakers and chair persons throughout the duration of their stay – providing infinite technical and presentation enhancement assistance.
- Provide the complete logistics service from the provision of directional signage through to the compilation of easily referenced pre and on site event agendas. Our team is connected through its on-site radio communication channels for perfect logistical synergy – delegates and guests will be ushered professionally around the venue.
- Operate your designated social media platform. This branded area is your hub – providing the tools and techniques for posting your real time on site event happenings throughout your targeted social media communication channels.
